The Team Behind the Transformation
Beautifully staged spaces may look effortless, but behind every finished room is a team making dozens of decisions, solving problems, moving pieces into place and adding the details that make a house feel like home.
At Moffatt Grace Design, our work is a true team effort.
Here's a look at the people who help bring each project across the finish line.
Our Founders
What started with a vision for what could be has grown into a large team with a shared passion for creating beautiful, inviting spaces that help homes make a memorable first impression.
While Stu and Victoria work closely together, their roles bring two very different—and equally important—perspectives to the business.
Stu keeps the furniture moving. Victoria brings the creative vision. Together, they help create beautifully staged homes that sell.
Victoria - The Creative Visionary
Founder | Creative Director
Every transformation starts with a vision, and Victoria is the creative force behind that vision.
With an eye for how a room should look, feel and photograph, she helps shape the creative direction of each project. Victoria understands that successful staging is about more than simply filling a room—it's about creating a feeling.
Her signature: Seeing the vision before the room is finished.
Role superpower: Bringing all the design details together.
Always thinking about: How to make a space feel its absolute best.
Stu - The Master of Moving Parts
Founder | Logistics
Every great transformation needs someone to make sure all the pieces actually get where they need to go.
That's Stu.
From the logistics behind each project to the countless details that happen before, during and after staging, Stu helps keep the operation moving.
His signature: Making the moving parts move.
Role superpower: Keeping the behind-the-scenes running smoothly.
Always thinking about: How to make the next step happen.
Sherry - The Staging Strategist
Staging Manager
A beautiful final result doesn't happen by accident. Someone has to keep all the details moving in the right direction and that's where Sherry comes in.
As Staging Manager, Sherry helps coordinate the staging process and makes sure the vision translates from plan to finished space.
Her signature: Making sure the details don't get lost in the shuffle.
Role superpower: Keeping the staging process on track.
Always thinking about: What needs to happen next.
Meghan - The Space Transformer
Staging Lead
A room can look completely different with the right pieces in the right places and Meghan is part of the team that makes that transformation happen.
From bringing the staging plan to life to helping create the finished look, Meghan plays an important role in turning spaces into rooms buyers can imagine themselves living in.
Her signature: Turning “just a room” into “I could live here.”
Role superpower: Transforming spaces.
Always thinking about: How the pieces come together in the finished room.
Karen - The Design Eye
Design & Staging Assistant
With a role that combines design and staging, Karen brings another creative perspective to the team.
She helps create spaces that feel cohesive and thoughtfully put together because good staging isn't just about what you put in a room.

Sammi - The Detail Maker
Staging Assistant
It's often the smallest details that make the biggest difference.
Sammi is part of the hands-on team bringing each stage to life, helping with everything from setup to those final touches that make a room feel finished and ready to shine.
